Our focus is on dialogue and resolution rather than conflict and litigation.

Our approach provides clear practical solutions to clients who wish to resolve their divorce or separation, financial and parenting issues amicably. We help you navigate the legal process by actively seeking agreement, so avoiding the uncertainty, stress and cost of going to court.

With specialist experience spanning all areas of family law both in Guernsey and the UK, we provide an entirely personal and responsive service with no delegation.

Wherever possible, we will work to fixed or guide price fees to enable you to budget for your legal expenses and are happy to provide flexible meeting times and venues.

We believe there is a better way to deal with separation and divorce.
